Localised (translated) entry level (level 100 - 200) SQL Server sessions that makes community more accessible tonew SQL Server professionals
Community is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, However, comments I get from new members, or more experienced professionals moving into a new area of SQL Server is that sometimes they want entry level content to break into this new area. I believe PASS is well positioned create a program that provides entry level contents that can help SQL Server professionals, especially those new to the industry. This could be standardised sessions in different languages that Chapters can leverage to help people and provide the first steps into the wider community events such as SQLSummit, SQLRally and SQLSaturday

Reaching Women in IT Globally
We had 24 Hours of PASS: Celebrating Women in Technology
(http://www.sqlpass.org/24hours/Spring2011/) event back in 2011. I believe a similar event that can reach, support and encourage Women in IT globally via 24 Hours of PASS or other events would be fantastic.4 votes -

Perhaps a poll of the membership on what they would like to see

Multi-language support
Assuming globalization, won't the web site need to have support for multiple languages? Maybe even a language selection on the way in?

Centralised Calender for all VC Groups / iCals for Meetings
Create a calender showing all the up and coming Virtual Chapters meetings, possible extend to events in your region as well. (I believe there's one for UK SQL User groups and Ive seen one for the Powershell Groups, just using Google Calenders)
Being able to get a iCal for meetings. So people don't have to work out the time zone differences.

a better way for upcoming (emerging) communities to approach PASS for support, in spinning up a new user group or hosting a first-ever event
- better communication channels (e.g., non-English) with PASS
- can find support locally
- have access to resources to jumpstart user group or events1 vote
