All presentation must be uploaded for download after the session has been delivered
I have found only a few speakers have uploaded their ppt's. Some of them told us that the pppt will be uploaded, but it never happened.

Speakers should be highly encouraged to post downloadables to the PASS site BEFORE the session. Speakers understandably don't want to release files before the session, but site could make them available only AFTER the session ends (like a publish on date/time).
We know that speakers often update their slides or other downloads right up to the presentation, but they can always update their files. A version 1.0 draft is infinitely better than nothing.

Yeah, this is completely unacceptable. Speakers repeatedly said not to worry about taking pictures or extensive notes because the slides would be available. We pay a LOT of money for these conferences so the expectations for something so ridiculously simply (but important) as this this is very high.
